No fewer than a hundred and fifteen Nigerian Students have benefited from the 2017/2018 Bilateral Education Agreement Scholarship Programme to Russia and Democratic and Popular Republic of Algeria.

“Nigeria can give supplementary allowance of $6,000 every year for feeding, native transportation, maintenance, instrumentality and books to the beneficiaries.
